Every paid guest may enjoy unlimited food and soft drinks. Your server will deliver and serve your favorite pizza and drinks in your room so you don’t have to think about who likes what, there’s something for everyone. Don’t worry about cleaning up, we take care of that too. Your party server will set up, keep the party on time, bring food, cut the cake, and take care of the clean-up.

Call us to reserve your party with just a $100 deposit and enjoy flexible payments—pay any amount, anytime. The remaining balance isn’t due until 3 days before your event date.

Things to Know
- We require a minimum of 10 players to book a birthday party reservation. The minimum requirement of 10 players includes the birthday star/guest of honor. Additional players can be added at the per player cost of your chosen birthday party package.
- You are more than welcome to celebrate more than one birthday star/guest of honor. They will each count towards the package minimum requirement and will each receive the prize tickets associated with your chosen birthday party package.
- All kids ages 3 and under get free admission with a paid adult. The 3 and under pass includes all-day unlimited food and soft drinks from our buffet along with all-day unlimited rides on our Teacups and Carousel. They do not count towards your guest list.
- (1) one free adult admission per paid player does not include access to food, soft drinks, or any play. If adults would like to enjoy food and soft drinks, they will need a Birthday Starter Pass. The Birthday Starter Pass is $14.99+tax and includes unlimited food and soft drinks from our buffet along with a bonus $5 Game Card. If they would like to play, they’ll need a play pass.
- (2) Two Parents Passes are per reservation. Additional Parent Passes cannot be added. Parent Passes include unlimited food and soft drinks from our buffet along with unlimited laser tag and unlimited carnival rides.
- A $100 deposit and signed event contract is required for all birthday party reservations. The deposit is applied to your total.
- Attractions, games, and rides are subject to availability. Some experiences may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, capacity limits, private events, or weather. No refunds or credits for unavailable attractions.
- Each of our birthday party packages includes game card value so you can play any arcade game of your choice. No game is off limits. You can win prize tickets and play instant-prize games like claw machines and crane games so you can leave a winner, not just a player. You can also add more game card value to keep the fun going! Funds and prize tickets on the game card never expire.
- You can always upgrade your party experience with additional game card value, cotton candy, goodie bags and more! Just give us a call at (480) 926-7499 and we’ll be more than happy to help!
- Private party room reservations require 48-hour advance notice. If booked within 48 hours of the event date you can still take advantage of what’s included in the birthday party package, but a private party room and party host may not be available.
- Parties with 25 people or less will be placed in a standard-sized party room that can accommodate up to 25. Parties with 25 or more can choose to upgrade to a larger room, if available. Additional fees may apply.
- Standard-sized party room reservations are 90 minutes long (an hour and 30 minutes). Large party room reservations are 120 minutes long (2 hours).
- A 20% service charge will be added to your bill. It is based on your final sub-total and includes gratuity for your party host. If you feel you received exceptional service, you are more than welcome to add additional gratuity, but it is not expected.
- If the event is canceled more than 14 days prior to the event date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If you decide to reschedule more than 14 days prior to the event, then your deposit may be applied for a future event date within 18 months of the original scheduled date. Any deposit not used within 18 months of the original booking will be forfeited. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled less than 14 days prior to the event date, then you are responsible for the full contracted estimated event cost.
